- Strength and conditioning for PE and athletics; used before school, during PE, and after school.

- Minimum capacity: 60 students simultaneously
- Desired equipment quantities:
- 15–20+ power racks
- Dumbbells (full range, multiples)
- Medicine balls, boxes, resistance training equipment
- Roll-up door opening to outdoor workout pads, where weather allows
- Adequate HVAC
- Heavy year-round use
- High supervision needs
- Must support adjacency to locker rooms
