SEED (Elementary Level, TK–5)
- Located at every elementary site
- Operates from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Two dedicated classrooms at most sites (currently ~7 of 11 schools)
- Programs are growing rapidly, increasing need for rooms and storage
- Structured around learning centers and hands-on, high-engagement activities
- Uses ECE best practices aligned with ERS (Environment Rating Scales)
- ELOP (State-Funded Expanded Learning)
- Required to offer coverage for a 9-hour day, including school hours
- For TK–6, but district is TK–5, so middle schools provide the 6th-grade portion
- Includes teacher-led enrichment, tutoring, and interest-based electives
Meet & Eat
- Before-school program providing supervision and meals
- Bridges the early morning hours before instruction begins
Middle School Programs (6th Grade Focus)
- Located in repurposed classrooms
- Smaller groups (5–15 students)
- Designed more like a “teen center” with collaborative seating, technology for homework, and quiet areas
- Operates only until ~5:00 PM
Year-Round Camps (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)
- A defining feature of this district
- Camps serve large numbers of students and never close
- Require three sites simultaneously for each camp season
- Staff must relocate equipment depending on construction or campus availability
Program leaders expressed a strong need for a dedicated camp facility
