- Printing for classwork (especially secondary)
- Occasional media creation (if incorporated)
Considerations
- 4–8 computers for elementary; more for secondary (ideally positioned so that monitors are visible from circulation desk
- Printers (with dedicated print-only student access stations, especially at high school)
- Screens visible from circulation desk for supervision
- Adequate power and data infrastructure
- Not to function as traditional computer labs
